homes as well as additions to existing homes.

Home Design Process

Homeowners schedule a meeting at the RDI office. They often bring along a small
page from a plan book or some other idea. The plan is reviewed, discussed and
another meeting is scheduled to pick up a preliminary design in about two weeks. The
preliminary design my be emailed with pdf files as well. A preliminary design
consists of floor plans & elevations @ 1/4" scale. The preliminary
design is for client approval, and a meeting is scheduled to return with
changes in a couple of weeks. Upon
reviewing the changes a meeting is scheduled to pick up the completed final
package in approximately two weeks. See final

Addition
Design Process

Homeowners schedule a meeting at the proposed addition site. Homeowners often
have basic measurements as well as a rudimentary idea. The plan is reviewed,
discussed and another meeting is scheduled at the RDI office to pick up a
preliminary design in about two weeks. The preliminary design my be emailed
with pdf files as well. A preliminary design consists of floor plans &
elevations @ 1/4" scale. The front or relevant elevation will also include
the original house to insure a pleasing expansion. The preliminary design is
for client approval, and a meeting is scheduled to return with changes in a
couple of weeks. Upon reviewing the changes a meeting is scheduled to pick up
the completed final package in approximately two weeks. See final package for details.
