Final Drawing Package

The final building permit/construction package consists of the following items:

• Electronic version (pdf file) of the following:
• Cover Sheet – Client information and index to drawings
• Elevations – Views of the structure from all 4 sides at 1/4”=1’-0” scale
• Floor Plans – Fully dimensioned at 1/4”=1’-0” scale with door and window schedules
• Cross Sections – Building cross sections as necessary at 3/8”=1’-0” scale
• Foundation Plan – Foundation plan complete with details and top of wall elevations
• Typical Deck Details – Typical deck details per the prescriptive guidelines
• Wall Bearing Plans – Prepared for Massachusetts projects only detailing required wall bracing plans
